get some!: week 2

Shoutout to my man, Tim Thomas.

The former University of Vermont standout is no longer the floundering street hockey goalie he once was. Much like Pinocchio, in the sense that he becomes a real boy, Tim Thomas has become a real NHL goalie.

Thomas is 4th in the NHL with a 1.65 GAA and 2nd with a staggering .950 Sv% (Get some!).

Though the Bruins have had somewhat of a tough going as of late (8-6-2), the stone wall that is Tim Thomas (6-4-2) has only been outscored by 1 goal in each loss.

In short, Thomas continues to give his team a chance to win night in and night out.

And now that we know Tim’s getting the respect he so deserves, let’s just see if the Bruins can match his efforts.
